Position Summary:
In an Agile environment, the Sr. QA Analyst II assists the testing team with preparing test plans and testing software to ensure company standards are met. This role involves creating automation scripts, performing maintenance, guiding other testers, and fixing bugs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of related experience, including 2+ years writing automation scripts.

Strong report writing and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Critical thinking and analysis for security risks.
Attention to detail for identifying and prioritizing issues.
Essential Functions:
Technical Testing & Monitoring (60%)
Map test cases to business requirements and functional designs.
Ensure high quality and accuracy through software release.
Execute various testing types (regression, exploratory, functional, end-to-end, API, performance).
Provide test results and summary reports for each test iteration.
Lead cross-team testing efforts.
Technical Maintenance and Leadership (20%)
Develop and maintain automated tests using best practices.
Identify and fix software defects and testing gaps.
Analyze business, technical, and functional needs.
Guide QA Analyst I, II, and Senior QA Analyst I.
Document anomalies or defects with steps to recreate issues.
Collaborate to review system requirements and design test strategies.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for software development.
Experience with different Salesforce instances.
Agile Practices (20%)
Follow Agile best practices and participate in scrum ceremonies.
Provide feedback to the development team.
Create and validate acceptance criteria for product backlog items.
Provide testing estimates and feedback for project scheduling.
