Corporate Counsel at The Judge Group Inc. in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Location: Horsham, PA

Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Counsel - Hybrid




$125,000 to $150,000 plus a 15% bonus




This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Drafts, reviews, edits and negotiates all types of commercial agreements including, without limitation, non-disclosure, sales, purchasing, licensing and other similar agreements.


• Assist or lead the review, negotiation and/or drafting of a large variety of legal documents and commercial contracts including long-term mill services contracts, brokerage agreements, procurement contracts, intracompany agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.


• Provide timely and thoughtful guidance, direction, and assistance in a wide variety of legal matters to various internal business units.


• Work directly with managers and company leadership to support daily business operations.
  
  


• Works collaboratively with other in-house attorneys, legal assistants and outside counsel.


• Helps to strengthen and improve support processes within the Legal Department in the most cost-effective way.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a law firm or in-house legal department at a mid-to-large size company.


• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school.


• Must be a member in good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or eligible for reciprocity admission at the time of hire.
