We are seeking a full-time Sales Programs Coordinator in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating credits, debits, and orders for Garmin's dealer backend programs which include, but are not limited to, handling special credits and special orders through the entire life cycle of the program which involves documentation, research, validation, accurate accrual, timely processing of internal and external requests, providing program summaries, and providing superior customer service.
Essential Functions
Act as key authority and owner of processes to ensure adequate maintenance, documentation and compliancy of dealer backend programs representing various functions including sell thru, buy down, price protection, co-op advertising, volume rebate, and consumer rebate offers, associate purchase, promotional orders, consignment, tradeshow, and display orders
Maintain knowledge of and manage all Sales Programs through entire life cycle of the program within Oracle and supporting software such as OBIEE, Qlik and Microsoft Excel
Manage various Outlook inboxes by responding to questions/requests within 24 hours of receipt; sort and prioritize appropriately differentiating actions, identify and reallocate misdirected claims/requests to other internal departments
Directly communicate with Dealers, Distributors, end consumers, and internal customers concerning questions on balances, claims, or orders processed
Drive proper and accurate Sales Programs forms completion
Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management as required
Maintain knowledge of Garmin products
Participate in Dealer Marketing Programs Support team activities including, but not limited to, cross training on other Dealer Marketing Programs
Support positions to ensure proper coverage and assist with workload
Represent Garmin at industry and professional meetings and sales meetings and attend meetings/training sessions as required
Maintain open and honest communication with department supervisor/manager
Assist and support workflow for peer positions as work volume dictates, as well as answer customer phone calls, chats, emails, letters, and faxes
Will be expected to proficient in the following specific functions : rebate, special credits, co-op advertising
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum 1 years of work experience in customer service OR a minimum of 5 years total equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrated strong math and analytical skills
Must demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel specifically in the creation and management of spreadsheets with formulas including, but not limited to, V-lookup and Pivot Table skills
Demonstrated proficiency and effective data-entry and ten-key skills
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and respectful interpersonal communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines with strong negotiating and analytical skills
Must be positive, detail/team oriented, multi-tasker, a driven problem solver with proven success in solving difficult problems with a high level of accuracy, and work proactively/effectively with the ability to prioritize with minimal supervision in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

Order administration experience in a business-to-business environment
