Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a civil site engineering Project Manager to join our growing New England operations in any one of our New Hampshire or Massachusetts offices. We have a backlog of exciting projects ranging from residential developments to various commercial projects and everything in between. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the work they perform and a strong desire to succeed.

What Youll Be Doing:
Managing challenging and varying land development projects including a variety of nationally branded clientsLeading a team of experienced engineers and techniciansMentoring junior staffCommunicating with clients and local and state agencies and attending public hearingsManaging project scopes, schedules, and budgetsWriting contracts and reviewing invoices Ensuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documentsHands on preparation of construction drawings, plans, and project specificationsPerforming hydrologic and hydraulic analysesPartner with your managing team to meet your future goals and vision.
What You Bring to the Table:
BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited programExperience in land development design including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment controlExperience in project managementCommunication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies
Qualifications:
A PE license is preferred, successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is requiredKnowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D Experience in HydroCAD
