Job Description Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst / Data Administrator to support our CRM operations and business analysis efforts. This role will assist in managing and optimizing our CRM environment, analyzing business processes, and ensuring smooth system functionality to enhance internal and external engagement along with increasing sales performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

CRM Administration & Support:


  • Assist in managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform, including user accounts, permissions, and data integrity.

  • Support the configuration of Salesforce features such as workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.

  • Provide technical support and training to end users to maximize CRM adoption.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:


  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to enhance Salesforce functionality.

  • Analyze CRM data and business processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in streamlining workflows and automating processes to improve efficiency.

Data Management & Reporting:


  • Maintain data cleanliness and accuracy within Salesforce through regular audits.

  • Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics and business performance.

  • Assist in data imports, exports, integrations and migrations as needed.

Integration & Collaboration:


  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to align Salesforce capabilities with business needs.

  • Support integration efforts between Salesforce and other business applications.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts and administrators to implement best practices.

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis, computer science or CRM support role (internship experience accepted).

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration and functionality.

  • Understanding of data structure and programing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Reports.

  • Experience in programing in a business environment. (APEX preferred)

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000, along with eligibility to earn a quarterly bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
