Associates to perform all safety checks at the start of their shift on all cranes and tools and document this as necessary. Continue to perform safety checks throughout the shift.
Meet with Shipping Supervisor to schedule shipments for the day and monitors shop order progress to create daily and next day shipping lists.
Initiates creation of customer invoice through entry of shipping information both domestic and international using computer and manual forms.
Manages stock shipment paperwork and pulls stock lists.
Maintain finished good inventory list and outside vendor.
Communicates with supervisors and customer service as needed regarding any product shortages.
Provide daily support on shipments, working with billing, accounting, estimating and engineering.
Works with customer care on quoting for trucking companies and calls turck lines to schedule freight as necessary.
Works with carriers to verify quantity, type and proper load distribution of product being shipped.
Assists in preforming inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, physical inventory and final processing of bills.
Be able to attend weekly shipping meetings.

Must have either a High School diploma, GED, or at least 1 year working experience in an industrial based environment.
