The Accounts Receivable Analyst maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger, analyzes trends in bad debts, and recommends improvements to accounts receivable policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analyze customer accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Analyze customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
Responsible on account reconciliation AR (Accounting variances, debits /credits offsets, write offs)
Monitoring, creating, and assigning cases with Salesforce
Responsible for AR inbox management
Analyze short, over, and duplicate paid invoice timely
Assisting with other projects, as assigned
Training/ Cross training of employees
Report on collections related to key metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Escalate to senior leadership key issues that could impact collections

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's or associate's degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred
Related work Experience of 2 years or more
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, V-Lookups, X-Lookups, Pivot table
Familiarity with Oracle /ERP system and Salesforce
Ability to leverage data from numerous databases and internal tools (using Excel, SQL, or other data management systems) to perform reporting and analysis

Positions Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position; First 2 weeks of hire will be onsite Monday-Friday; Hybrid - 3 days in the office after that

Pay Range: $49,900-$69,800 The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
