Sr. FP&A Analyst

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Sr. FP&A Analyst to be located in Mountville, PA. AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to be located in Mountville, PA. The Senior FP&A Analyst will provide critical financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to help drive key business decisions related to sales, marketing, and product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, business partnering, and a deep understanding of GTM strategies.

JOB DUTIES:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:




• Collaborate with the GTM team to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking related to go-to-market activities.


• Analyze and monitor the financial impact of sales, marketing, and product launch initiatives to assess ROI and profitability.


• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to optimize GTM strategies.




• Revenue & Cost Management:




• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to track and project revenues, costs, and margins for GTM programs.


• Analyze pricing models, sales strategies, and marketing spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.


• Help manage and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, conversion rates, and others.




• Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement:




• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership and the GTM team, providing financial analysis and strategic insights to drive business outcomes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to align financial objectives with business goals.


• Support decision-making processes by offering financial perspectives on new product launches, market expansion, and other strategic initiatives.




• Reporting & Presentation:




• Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and performance against targets.


• Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders to aid in decision-making.




• Process Improvement & Automation:




• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting related to GTM activities.


• Lead or participate in projects to improve financial tools, systems, and methodologies used in GTM planning and analysis.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).


• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within sales, marketing, or GTM functions.


• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.


• Ability to understand and analyze the financial impact of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, sales forecasts, and marketing ROI.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems (e.g., Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.


• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.


• Experience supporting a fast-growing company is highly preferred.


• Familiarity with go-to-market KPIs, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and churn rate.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
