Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Technician - Project Support to provide critical logistical and technical support for aircraft or other designated projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the logistical actions necessary to ensure that all project support requirements are identified and fulfilled efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply systems and a keen analytical mindset to support operational readiness and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct, develop, and perform project support functions related to logistical planning and coordination for aircraft or other designated projects.
Identify requirements for funding, personnel, materials, facilities, and services needed to support project objectives.
Correlate logistical requirements with program timelines and milestones to ensure timely and appropriate support.
Handle assignments related to stable or standardized areas of supply operations, often defined by commodity or function.
Analyze individual case problems and supply actions within narrow or limited scope assignments.
Interpret and apply governing supply regulations, procedures, manuals, and policies.
Maintain accurate supply records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate supply data to recommend corrective actions or improvements in support processes.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand organizational needs and provide responsive logistical support.
Qualifications:
Good working knowledge of supply systems, programs, and policies.
Familiarity with military or government supply practices is preferred.
Proficient in interpreting supply manuals, guidelines, and nomenclature.
Strong analytical skills to assess supply problems, gather data, and propose appropriate solutions.
Ability to work independently on defined tasks within established guidelines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Work Environment: This role may involve working in warehouse or depot environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective logistical coordination.
Wage:
Anticipated wage range is $38.00-$40.00 depending on experience and education.
