Job Summary:
The Tank Wash Administrator will analyze financial and operational data for all tank wash invoices. This role supports the tank wash program by helping management maintain a positive tank wash margin.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Research and resolve invoice disputes on tank washes to recoup charges
• Understanding contracts for correct billing practices
• Engage in regular meetings with team and management; addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations
• Identifying commodities that are set up on trailers to recoup charges
• Responding in a timely manner to a high volume of emails
• Processing a high level of tank wash invoices for a group of terminals and providing approval when applicable
• Supply tank washes with PO numbers, Coupa PO's and EFS when necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• 1-2 years of tank wash or product knowledge preferred
• 1-2 years of invoicing or billing experience preferred
• Experience with Google Apps preferred
• TMW knowledge preferred
• Experience with data and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Excellent analytical skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, as required
Education and Experience:
• HS Diploma Required, 4 Year Degree preferred
