Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a proactive attitude towards managing financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the company.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Prepare and process payroll on a regular basis.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Handle any other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $28-$35 hourly
