How will you make an impact?


This position is in The Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) and plays a pivotal role dedicated to supporting and driving programs to accelerate engagement through our distribution partners. You will acquire experience working with Fisher Scientific (RSD) Channel partners, encompassing Academic, Biotech/Pharma, and Government customer segments. Possibility to expand into partnering with Fisher Healthcare upon demonstrating success with RSD.


What will you do?


  • Collaborate with RSD commercial managers, industry directors, and reps to drive GSD portfolio and strategy through the RSD channel to support sales growth for GSD through RSD.

  • Contribute to annual GSD channel target revenue AOP and growth requirements set by channel leader

  • Support standard methodologies in working with channel partners, including bringing to bear and partnering with BID division and channel team.

  • Collaborate with the RSD industry directors to analyze biotech and pharma accounts to better position the GSD portfolio with our mutual customers.

  • Actively connect with the GSD commercial team to partner with their RSD counterparts and participate in national sales meetings and RSD trainings.


Minimum Qualifications (must have):



Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in business or science or equivalent experience strongly preferred.


Experience:



  • Demonstrating experience with sales and/or marketing channels for over 5 years

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

  • Highly organized with history of driving projects to completion

  • Proven experience interpreting and applying understanding of key data indicators to make better decisions

  • Familiarity with life sciences research work, products, and applications


Skills/Knowledge:



  • Strong project management and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

  • Creative problem solver who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner optimally with other creative teams

  • Ability to identify, resolve problems and complete tasks with a strong attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal


Travel: Potential to travel up to 50% in NA
