Job Description:

Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid - On site 3 days, 2 days remote)


Duration: Start 5 days after offer. Contract until May 23rd with potential extensions.


Rate: 18/hr (Overtime opportunity)


We are seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide phone-based technical support to users during an ongoing migration. As part of the IT support team, you will assist customers with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless transition throughout the migration process.


Required:

• Understanding of Office 365


• The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
