The Marketing Coordinator will support the operations of the Company’s marketing and branding strategy by compiling information and materials; managing internal and external requests; assisting with the various areas, including customer and employee communications, public relations, advertising, and event planning and coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the marketing request process and fulfillment, including the shipment of physical assets such as marketing promotional items and displays, transmitting digital marketing files, and responding to questions
• Oversee the distribution of marketing supplies and promotional items
• Plan and attend internal and external events as a marketing representative
• Collaborate with marketing research and prepare reports related to results tracking, expenses and research
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials and communications with oversight from the Marketing Specialists
• Assist with record keeping within the department
• Provide administrative support such as managing marketing files and content, data entry, emails, updating reports, appointment scheduling, travel coordination and sales support.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency required. College degree highly desired
• Minimum two (2) years of professional working experience required, direct marketing or public relations experience required
• Prior working experience in a Banking or Financial institution preferred
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate teamwork
• Ability to comprehend and interpret written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions:
• Standing and Sitting for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to pull, push and carry items.
