The Inventory & Logistics Clerk will maintain service, productivity, and profitability of the organization. They will also receive, pack and process production orders properly and prepare them for export by complying with the different specifications of each package and following the guidelines of the customers.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
Ability to become Forklift certified
Facilitate accurate shipping, receiving, and stocking operations
Supply boxes to support areas.
Rotation of following positions: X-Pin, D-Container, Stock, Receiving
Provide outstanding customer service to our customers.
Required to perform all other functions in Inventory as directed.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
Backup Driver for company truck (<26,001 LB. GVW non CDL).
Prepack: Verify, count and pack orders properly and prepare them for shipment.
Staging: Scanning of prepacks on designated shelves using the Precision program.
Picking: Collection of the orders by means of sessions in the Precision program for the consolidation process (multiple lines of the same client in a single shipment).
Boxing / Billing: Process orders World Direct being responsible for operating Carrier systems (UPS, DHL and FedEx)

Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
Sense of urgency.
Good written communication skills.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Good computer skills.
Education
High School Diploma or GED.
