Contract Quality Technician at Plastipak Packaging Inc. in Plymouth, Michigan

Job Description:

As a Contract Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications & our company high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container production operations. You'll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry.

You Will

• Receive incoming samples and log the data accordingly.


• Accurately performing tests on samples.


• Complete data entry on test results.


• Maintain the lab.


• Track the supply of raw materials needed for testing in the lab.


• Operate all lab equipment within the safety requirements outlined.


• Work with the quality analysts on projects as needed.

You Have

• Four year degree preferred:  Chemistry, Packaging, Sciences (Biology), or similar.


• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).


• Experience working in a lab environment.
