Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a short-term software engineering project. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to ensure project success. Additional skills in Java, Terraform, and SCIM are a plus but not required.


Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Communicate requirements and project updates effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Understand software development processes and technologies to facilitate communication with the engineering team.
• Identify issues, analyze problems, and develop solutions to ensure project success.
• Manage and engage with stakeholders to meet their needs and align expectations.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources with basic project management skills.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and provide insights into project performance.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a short-term project environment.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
