POSITION TITLE: Manager, Treasury




Position Summary:


The Manager role for the Treasury team is responsible for ensuring the company's available warehouse lines of credit adequately support the company's growth and liquidity goals.


Job Functions and Responsibilities:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Examples below:

• Managing daily fundings/settlements of mortgage loans (originations and servicing) on Treasury's warehouse lines of credit
• Reconciling loan cash flows
• Coordinate with Capital Markets on tracking asset and collateral status
• Representing Treasury in new product projects (including business requirements review and testing)
• Preparation and reconciliation of monthly interest payments
• Responding to business requests for Treasury information
• Interaction with bankers on new products and updating bank requirements

Qualifications:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• 5 years' experience in Mortgage Banking preferred
• Office applications: Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and Access
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Access and query building software preferred

The Salary range for this position is expected to be 95,000- 110,000 per year depending on Geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject of the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Apply Now
