A day in the life.



As a Staff Accountant, you will:

• Provide strong, proactive support to the regional accounting team. Support the resolution of technical accounting matters by ensuring timely investigation and documentation.


• Review and approve disbursements.


• Month-end close activities to include preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.


• Assist with the development, implementation and documentation of policies, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions.


• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and develop practical solutions.


• Perform variation and trend analysis for key accounts or ad-hoc requests. Provide meaningful analytics that highlight variances, trends, and potential issues.


• Assist with systems implementations and enhancements with a focus on maintaining the integrity of financial data and processes and controls.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with a major or concentration in Accounting or Finance


• 3-5 years of directly related or closely related experience


• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature


• Great organization skills with the ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously


• Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels across a global organization


• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and take on special projects alongside ongoing activity
