Job Description:

Job Summary:   

The Driver Helper will assist in the maintenance of roadsides to ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the service area. The Driver Helper will be responsible for litter and trash removal in front for the sweeper. Work will be performed at nights on the interstate. 

 Location: 6150 Nichols Drive Mableton, GA 30126 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Perform duties as required by driver.    


• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted.    


• Maintain quality of work.    


• Exercise extra caution during inclement weather.    


• Perform all other duties assigned.     

Job Requirements:  

• High school diploma or equivalent.   


• Experience working outdoors  


• Ability to follow directions and read maps  


• Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests  


• Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.  


• Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required
