Provide educational support and process consultation to assist ICU Medical clients in creating a customized Drug Library, assist with Drug Library alignment for EHR integrations, supporting operational procedures to promote successful implementation of the ICU Medical MedNet® Application Suite and other products/solutions as assigned.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment, supporting standardized processes. The Consultant must be able to work independently, to achieve goals and meet project timelines.
Aptitude to evaluate professional literature and understand the application of statistics.
Possess strong communication, organizational, critical thinking and collaborative skills. They must be self-learners and possess the ability to teach others.
Understand healthcare trends and healthcare improvement initiatives and articulate the role that ICU Medical solutions play within those initiatives.
Ability to effectively present to groups of clinicians and possess the professional acumen to interact effectively with senior hospital clinical leadership.
Consultants must maintain the skills necessary to effectively execute on customer-centric ICU Medical clinical service programs, including using excel and other statistical tools to organize and analyze smart pump programming data, create actionable recommendations, and present findings to an oversite team.

Knowledge skills and Qualifications:
Self-motivated and skilled at working independently
Strong comprehension and communication skills (verbal and written)
Working knowledge of data analytic tools such as Microsoft Access, as well as understanding of basic/ intermediate statistics is desirable.
Advanced computer skills required: MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent Presentation Skills, ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
Must have an active Pharmacy license in at least one state in the U.S.
Hospital pharmacy management/clinical supervisory position or clinical consulting desired
Acute care hospital and/ or clinical experience preferred. Experience in the field of pharmacy informatics is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must meet credentialing requirements for access to client facilities (i.e. Sexual Offender Registry Check, etc.)
Position requires active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform the essential function of your role at customer locations.
Travel Requirements
Typically requires travel up to 30% of the time including overnight stays in a hotel
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This role requires the ability to travel frequently (sit on a plane or travel in a car up to 6 hours)
This is largely a sedentary role
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
