Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• 
  EDI Management: Be the expert on the EDI system, guiding best practices and providing training and support to internal users. Help monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, quickly solving any errors or issues to ensure smooth information flow.


• 
  Location Management: Be the main contact for adding, updating, and fixing errors in company, address, city, state, and GPS location data. Work with teams to resolve issues that cannot be fixed by terminal staff and provide training to prevent future problems.


• 
  Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist the Customer Service/Operations department with various tasks, like cleaning up data, fixing incorrect trailer emails, managing new tractor installs, updating team leads, and supporting other data-related projects.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access a plus) and Google Apps


• Ability to meet deadlines, address/communicate issues


• Ability to function as part of a team at a high level


• Critical thinker


• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)


• Familiarity with transportation software such as Electronic Data Interchange and transportation LMS products required


• To identify and complete daily task without supervision


• Strict adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics

Education and Experience:

• Preferred: BA, BS, or higher in Business, or a related field.


• 1-2 years of relevant experience.


• Logistics or transportation experience is a plus.
