Job Description:

A well-established AmLaw firm is actively building out its Miami office and is looking to add a mid-level Associate to its growing Labor & Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and a strong background at a reputable law firm. The Associate will have hands-on experience in Labor and Employment law and be ready to take on significant responsibility. The role includes handling employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and providing client counseling on a broad range of employment issues, including but not limited to:


Wage & hour


ADA


ADEA


Class and collective actions


Title VII


Title IX


Experience with traditional labor matters is a plus but not required.


Must have top academic credentials and be admitted to the Florida Bar. The firm offers competitive compensation, clear paths for growth, and a flexible hybrid work schedule.
