Under direct supervision, this position primary responsibility of increasing and maintaining company profitability by maintaining accurate inventory levels; the candidate also ensures that optimal inventory is present and ready for use. This position may involve handling of human tissue products.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Conducts daily cycle counts
Researches inventory overages and shortages to find root cause
Researches products with no locations
Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
Slotting and labeling of warehouse locations
Runs weekly scrap report and pulls expired/short-dated product
Pulls restricted product from locations and works with regulatory team
Assist with daily pick pack functions
Assist with daily receiving activities
Researches service cloud complaints
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Attributes:
Stand or walk for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Bend, squat, and reach to retrieve product.
Utilize dexterity abilities to handle inventory, operate machinery, type on a computer, and perform tasks such as packing, unpacking, and sorting items.
Spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer.
Work Environment:
General warehouse environment.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Minimum Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Experience with SAP Materials Management module
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Basic MS Windows navigation experience.
Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
