The Naples Sales team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development. The successful candidate will collaborate with our sales team to understand our product offerings, identify prospective clients, and support our sales initiatives. This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

The main goal of the internship is to fully immerse that person in the life of an Arthrex Sales Representative. That person will be responsible for helping aid the sales team in their day-to-day activities, including but not limited to surgical case coverage, surgical planning, sales calls, sales call planning, implant and tray organization, and fulfillment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn rep tools including Salesforce, Redspot etc.


• Assist with tray restocking and inventory management.


• Learn day to day responsibilities of a Sales Rep through surgical observation and hands-on experience in a lab setting.


• Understand how to sell and demonstrate proper use of Arthrex Products.


• Field travel in Naples up to 85%.

Education and Experience:

• College senior progressing towards a college degree in a related field or recent graduate required. ( Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)


• Medical sales experience preferred.


• Willing and able to work around cadaveric specimens and in an operating room setting required.


• Strong presentation skills required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
