We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on risk management and team leadership. This role requires a proactive approach to safeguarding our information systems and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute information system authorizations, ensuring compliance with the DoD Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization process.
• Lead incident response efforts, conduct network monitoring, and perform information system audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Oversee workforce qualifications to ensure adherence to relevant cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Authorize information systems, securing authority to operate from the authorizing official.
• Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. The anticipated start date and scope of work will be determined based on the outcome of the interview process and the details of the awarded contract.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• DoD experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the cybersecurity field, with demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
• Information system authorizations and risk management frameworks.
• Incident response, network monitoring, and information system audits.
• Compliance with cybersecurity policies and workforce qualifications.
• Team management and leadership in a cybersecurity context.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
