Pay: $30 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing therapeutic treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist


• Work with patients to improve their functional skills and help them regain independence


• Monitor and report on patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals


• Ensure a safe and caring environment for patients throughout their treatment

Qualifications:

• Valid COTA certification


• Proven experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Compassionate, team-oriented attitude
