Job Description:



We are seeking and experienced nCino Support Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a blend of management consulting, strategy consulting, and business operations expertise, with a strong focus on nCino implementation and support.



Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for nCino implementations, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful commercial lending and credit processes.
• Solve complex problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Utilize strong soft skills to manage and support project initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with nCino.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending and credit.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to support UAT and production environments for nCino implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the nCino application.
• Ability to take a loan from pre-underwriting to booking on the nCino application.
• Understanding of validation rules on the nCino platform.
• Experience with nCino as a commercial loan origination platform (not mortgage).
• Detailed understanding of the nCino/Salesforce data model.
• Expertise in specific nCino workflows (e.g., Document Manager, Covenants, Approval processes, Pricing Rate and Fees, Credit Actions, etc.).
• Ability to identify and overcome challenges in nCino implementations.
• Experience with integrations in nCino projects, including exposure to various integrations and their functionalities.
