ECS is seeking an
Operations Senior Manager to work in our
O’Fallon, IL office.  

ECS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager for our Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) Contract Program Management Office (CPMO) located in O'Fallon, IL. In this role you will be responsible for designing the day-to-day operational support, and Agile software development to sustain and enhance GATES for over 9000 worldwide users. You will lead a multi discipline team consisting of system administrators, database administrators, help desk technicians, software developers, business analysts, software testers, cyber security experts, and administrative support. You will interact with the GATES Program Manager and team to prioritize work to be accomplished and establish the strategic path forward for the GATES program. In addition to program duties, you will support business development activities in support of the USTRANSCOM Account. Those activities include identifying potential contract opportunities, supporting growth actions related to those opportunities, coordinating teaming agreements with partners, and proposal preparation/submission actions.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $185,000
