Job Description
Computer World Services Corp (CWS) is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Communication Specialist to manage and optimize communication strategies for network and system changes, ensuring seamless user experiences and effective stakeholder engagement. This role involves analyzing technical changes, designing communication plans, and coordinating messaging for system modifications, availability, and transitions.

Education & Experience
Experience:
* 5-7 years of professional experience in IT communications, change management, or a related field.
Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and business applications.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in creating engaging communication materials such as FAQs, presentations, and announcements.
* Experience with change management processes and tools.
Additional Qualifications:
* Proven ability to coordinate communication efforts across diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, email tools) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
* ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.

* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple communication streams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
