Camp Registrar - YMCA of the Ozarks at GATEWAY REGION YMCA in POTOSI, Missouri

Job Description:

Processes all registrations in a timely manner. Updates any changes made to camper files as needed and forwards any needed information to camper. Assists in phone duties and mailings for marketing. Performs clerical duties such as correspondence, answering of phones, copy work, filing, errands etc.Ensures that business office is kept clean and neat, providing for a professional and efficient working environment.Takes responsibility for office operations during scheduled weekends.Ensures that all-camper registrations, request, changes etc. are acted on in a timely manner. Assists guests and campers with requests.Runs reports for camper check-in and checkout.Forwards concerns of camper/guest to appropriate staff memberProperly balances and records all payments and depositsReviews Waiting Lists on a daily basis, and activates campers as necessary.Performs all other duties as assigned
