Our Holistic Practitioner Will:
Provide holistic care and support to patients primarily in a hospice setting, focusing on mind, body, and spiritual healing.Develop meaningful, effective, and professional relationships with communities, families, and patients. Foster a culture in alignment with the Heritage Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust, Fun, and Always Learning.Support other associates as needed to ensure a positive, team-focused work environment. Complete assessments, documentation, and training in a high-quality, timely fashion.
