This role supports global consolidation, chart of accounts design/maintenance, treasury hedge transactions and joint venture accounting.

The ideal candidate ensures clearly defined policies and procedures are in place to provide reasonable assurance that financial assets are protected.

You will manage Sarbanes Oxley activities for US Locations relative to internal controls documentation, testing, and segregation of duties.

You provide support for periodic internal and external financial audits and ensuring all agreed upon recommendations are implemented

As well as ensures all US & Canada month-end closing activities are handled in a timely and accurate manager in compliance with company policies, US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

You must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification or MBA is preferred.

15 years of accounting experience with 10 years of management experience

US GAAP Knowledge

Sarbanes Oxley/404 compliance background

Oracle & Hyperion experience a plus

Excellent initiative and ability to manage multiple projects

Detail oriented and able to work well with others in fast paced, energetic environment
