Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to assist with property maintenance at our Navy Yard location in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management systems and a strong work ethic.



Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for the property


• Manage turnovers and ensure the property is in optimal condition


• Communicate effectively with management and tenants

Must-Have Qualifications:

• CFC certification


• Proficiency with Yardi property management software


• Experience with turnovers and general property maintenance


• Strong professionalism and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GE Appliances


• Knowledge of VRV HVAC systems
