We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax and Licensing Specialist. Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns.
Work with branch personnel to complete local business license renewals and applications. Follow up with jurisdictional authorities as required.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all filings.
Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
Provide support and guidance to other branches regarding tax and licensing matters.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a professional environment.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Microsoft Access is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills.
