Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing care within the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, providing direction and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state regulations and facility standards.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and maintain care plans that promote resident well-being.

Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within long-term care.
Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing long-term care.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
