Key Accountabilities:
Manage all maintenance activities and preventative maintenance programs of manufacturing equipment across facility utilizing standard tools and processes to ensure committed company goals and project improvements are achieved
Ensure that all facility teams are appropriately trained and effectively developed using company standard tools and processes
Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams to ensure machinery, tooling and fixtures are fit for purpose and are managed via an asset care program
Manage the activities of Group Property and their partners at facility level to ensure all services support operational objectives.
Manage and monitor the Facility budget at the point of use
Perform root cause analysis on machine failures and provide internal guidance on repair proposals.
Ensure adherence to the company's Health, Safety and Environment policy in all aspects of Facility Services and understand all legislative requirements
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3+years' experience OR
In lieu of degree 14 + years of experience
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain Security clearance, which requires US Citizenship
Experience maintaining / repairing foundry equipment such as gas furnaces, induction furnaces and sand mixers
Experience managing energy conservation and green practices
Understanding of local and regional HSE standards and regulations
