Able to demonstrate basic math and measurement skills
Familiarity with the use of hand tools; including tape measures
Able to work at a brisk pace throughout an 8 - 12 hour shift in a non-sedentary position within a manufacturing environment
Perform procedural quality inspections and identify defects as compared to written product specifications
Able to read and follow all work instructions in a safe and effective manner
Demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail while always achieving superior safety, quality and productivity standards
Develop Machine Operator qualifications by assisting Qualified Operators and through on-the-job training
Essential to this Position
Manufacturing General Labor pay starts at $21.05 up to $22.02 after 120 days. Opportunities: Post for jobs after 60 days
Shifts: Must be available on all shifts 1st: 7:00 am to 3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm to 7:00am Fill in where needed, notification on Thursdays if you need to switch
Training: Training will occur on 1st shift, and then you will move to 2nd or 3rd shift

Prior Power industrial Truck (PIT) / Forklift experience preferred

Willing and able to complete pre-employment drug and criminal background screenings if presented with a conditional offer of employment
Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime including weekends
