Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our client's reputable law firm in Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting legal operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the team.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring timely and accurate document preparation.
Assist in managing and organizing legal files and records.
Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under the supervision of attorneys.
Coordinate scheduling of meetings, court appearances, and other legal proceedings.
Conduct legal research and compile data as required.
Handle client communications and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Support billing and time entry processes for legal services rendered.
Qualifications
2 years of prior administrative experience in a legal setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Additional Details
Compensation for this role ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
