Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

Job Role Summary


The Sky Farm Intern assists the Sky Farmer with various tasks including, but not limited to, seeding, cultivating harvesting, processing, and delivering produce and keeping records of harvest, delivery, tours, and programming.




Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist Sky Farmer with:
  
  
  • Seeding, cultivating, harvesting, processing, and delivering produce
  
  
  • Keeping the areas around the beds clean and clear
  
  
  • Maintaining correct signage for beds
  
  
  • Keeping records of harvest, delivery, tours, and programing
  
  
  • Following Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) food safety rules
  
  
  • Fresh Veggie Friday set up and handout
  
  
  • Flower program - 30 Bouquets each week.
  
  
  • Maintaining The Commonground at Eskenazi Health Area (around Duos)
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Farming or food system experience preferred
