Job Description:

Our client, a leading nonprofit organization, is seeking a Support Center Rep to join their customer service team. This remote contract role (Chicagoland-based candidates preferred) is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service across phone and email channels.



Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for a wide range of inquiries, offering clear, professional support.


• Investigate and resolve questions related to contributions, programs, grants, and account updates.


• Accurately document all interactions using internal systems.


• Contribute to process improvements and participate in team development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service or support center experience.


• 1+ years of experience managing customer inboxes OR inquiries via a ticketing system.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple database systems.
