Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with analytics staff, providing essential support and insights to drive data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the analytics team to support data analysis and reporting needs.


• Develop and create Power BI reports based on requests from stakeholders.


• Provide 5 days on-site support to ensure smooth operations.


• Conduct thorough data analysis to assist in decision-making processes.


• Support the Analytics Manager in the development of dashboards and reports.

Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI with a minimum of 3 years of experience.


• Strong SQL skills, with at least 3 years of practical application.


• Experience with Snowflake for data management (1+ years preferred).


• Knowledge of Medicaid systems and data analysis (3+ years required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare databases and data warehousing.


• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven insights.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
