Job Description




Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, inventory management, and order processing in compliance with GMP standards


• Execute sample collection, management, and discard processes for inventory


• Maintain accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)


• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure system inventory accuracy


• Comply with cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations


• Report potential quality events or non-conformance to GMPs/SOPs promptly


• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure operational continuity


• Be prepared for occasional overtime and weekend work as needed


• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25lbs and standing for extended periods

Qualifications




Minimum Requirements:

• Associates degree with 3-5 years of related Warehouse experience or High School Diploma and 5-7 years of related Warehouse experience


• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and following SOPs


• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship


• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and comfort with walking and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently


• Quick learner adaptable to new processes and tasks

Additional Information



Position is first shift, full-time Mon-Fri 3pm-1130pm with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts (such as 8am-5pm or 12pm-8:30pm)
is needed during training period. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PAare encouraged to apply.
