Responsibilities:



Rules Engine Expertise (inRule):


Authoring rules.

Rule management.


Efficiency Improvement:

Understand current processes.

Establish standards for improving efficiency.

Introducing automation for processes


New Initiative Support: Will be covering a new initiative.


Requirements Gathering: Define and document user stories.


Developer Support: Answer developer questions to ensure requirements are met.


Testing Support: Assist in testing processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION



Job Summary: The IT Solution Analyst will support the development and implementation of business rules and process engineering initiatives. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing IT solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.




Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• 
  Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• 
  Solution Design: Develop IT solutions that align with business needs and support process engineering efforts.
• 
  Business Rules Management: Define, document, and manage business rules to ensure consistency and compliance.
• 
  Process Engineering: Design and implement process improvements to optimize business operations.
• 
  Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• 
  Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, rules, and IT solutions.
• 
  Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and IT solutions.
• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, IT solution design, or a related role.



Skills:


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.

Knowledge of business rules management systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with InRule a plus.

Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
