Description: Our client is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team in a Primary Care Facility!




Title: LPN




Location: Fully onsite in Thomasville, NC



Duration: 6-month contract, with potential to convert to permanent



Schedule:

• 
  Monday/Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  
  


• 
  Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  
  


• 
  Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  
  


• 
  Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  
  

Training: One week of virtual training



Pay: $24-26/hr




Job Summary



We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with exceptional customer service skills to join our Primary Care Center.




Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or team leader.
  
  


• Assist walk-in patients by addressing their concerns and guiding them through available options.
  
  


• Perform essential family practice duties, including:
  
  
  
  
  • Conducting patient history reviews.
    
    
  
  
  • Administering medications and recording data accurately.
    
    
  
  
  • Offering vaccines and immunizations.
    
    
  
  
  • Assisting with procedure preparation and setup.
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Execute skilled phlebotomy techniques for frequent lab draws.
  
  


• Monitor patient treatments, record progress, and report conditions or reactions to the supervising provider.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• 
  License Required: Must possess a valid LPN license or temporary permit.
  
  


• 
  Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an LPN; new graduates with strong skills will be considered.
  
  


• 
  Skills: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication are essential.
  
  
  
  
  • 
    Strong phlebotomy skills are required due to the high volume of lab draws.
