Job Description:


The Agile Project Manager (Road Manager) function is key to foster transparent Client-wide collaboration, enabling the agile tribes and non-agile planning units to manage external dependencies & their associated risks. As a Road Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with Senior Leadership, Product Owners, and other tribe partners to assist the delivery of cross-tribe dependencies linked to your products and services supporting the organization's objectives.

• Support the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation
• Facilitate Transversal Tribe initiatives and help deliver on Tribe priorities
• Be the entry door to manage the dependencies of the tribe
• Monitor dependency and facilitate issue resolution
• Support Major Programs contributing to the company's strategic priorities
