Location: Perkasie, PA- Elementary School (Two campuses within the district)



Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:20 AM - 3:50 PM










About the Role: We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Personal Care Assistants/Paraprofessionals to support elementary school students, focusing on those with Autism and behavioral needs. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping students thrive both academically and socially in an inclusive learning environment.










Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with Autism to achieve academic and behavioral goals.
  
  


• Assist with physical needs, classroom modifications, and access to school facilities and curriculum.
  
  


• Adapt teaching materials and approaches to accommodate individual student requirements.
  
  


• Collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff to foster a positive and inclusive educational experience.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience supporting students with Autism or behavioral challenges.
  
  


• Proven ability to manage and respond to behaviors in a constructive, compassionate manner.
  
  


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  
  


• Patient, understanding, and committed to creating a supportive environment.
