Human Resources Manager at The Judge Group Inc. in SOLON, Ohio

Job Description:

Location: Solon, OH

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager in the suburbs of Cleveland/Akron. They are seeking someone who comes from a manufacturing background and has experience as an HR Manager in a plant for at least 3-4 years consecutively.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Communicate and ensure understanding of company employee relations principles.


• Interpret and apply Human Resources policies to align with business goals.


• Oversee recruitment, compensation, diversity, performance management, and employee training and development.


• Develop, coordinate, and conduct HR training programs.


• Manage payroll and HR automated systems.


• Support HR activities such as continuous improvement initiatives, affirmative action plans, integration, acquisitions, and right-sizing.


• Provide coaching and counseling at all organizational levels.


• Lead and participate in employee improvement teams to foster positive employee relations and encourage participation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.


• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred


• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to deliver group presentations to large audiences.


• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.


• Strong analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in group settings.


• Prior supervisory experience required.


• Strategic thinker.
