Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all project phases-from concept through construction administration-with an emphasis on Revit-based design and documentation.
• Produce schematic designs, design development, and construction documents using Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to maintain BIM model integrity and support integrated project delivery.
• Prepare presentation materials and assist in developing design narratives and specifications.
• Research materials and systems to support design goals, performance criteria, and code compliance.
• Support construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits.
• Assist in problem-solving and design coordination, contributing innovative and practical solutions.
• Follow firm Revit standards while helping to improve workflows and documentation quality.
• Demonstrate initiative and readiness to grow in responsibility and licensure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university or a 4-year degree with a Master of Architecture.
• 3-5 years of experience in aviation or commercial architecture. Aviation design experience is preferred.
• Licensure is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Revit, with demonstrated experience in SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
