Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 
  3-5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on Power BI development.


• Proven ability to develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business needs.


• Strong experience with data modeling and the integration of multiple data sources into Power BI.


• 
  SQL expertise for data querying and report preparation.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and outcomes.


• Ability to work effectively within the IT team and maintain strong partnerships with other business units (e.g., operations, finance, manufacturing).
